Even in the most stable and reliable IT environment, problems do crop up from time to time but it’s how they are resolved that is important. At Insider Technologies we always aim to resolve problems immediately. Once our Support Helpdesk is contacted, +44 161 876 6606 we move swiftly to understand the nature and severity of the problem. We determine the best way to resolve it; this may be with a workaround or a temporary fix delivered just as fast as possible. If we need to put a temporary fix in place this will be incorporated into the next product release programme so a permanent solution is in place.

Thales UK Ltd,  e-Security SafeSign 24×7 support service

Insider Technologies was chosen by Thales UK Ltd,  to be their partner providing 24×7 product support for their SafeSign customers worldwide. Support is available for the SafeSign product installed on the Windows, Solaris, AIX and HP-UX platforms.

Mediation device support service

Insider Technologies initially provided 24×7 hardware and software support during the rollout of a high performance internet routing solution for users sited away from their normal place of work on a temporary basis. Due to the successful rollout of over 90 Mediation Devices we currently provide support during office hours for this project. 

Web portal support service

Insider Technologies initially provided 24×7 support during the rollout of a bespoke web application to allow users and/or their friends and family to top-up a telephone account on-line to help supplement an allowance of free calls. Due to the successful rollout of the Web Portal application we currently provide support during office hours for this project. Insider Technologies dedicated support infrastructure responds to all support calls quickly and efficiently, providing a fast and reliable service with high levels of technical expertise.
