Thales e-Security and Insider Technologies Limited announce an outsourcing partnership to support the Thales SafeSign Authentication Server product set.

Insider was chosen by Thales as their outsourcing partner to provide 24x7 product support for Thales SafeSign customers’ worldwide.

Commenting on the outsourcing partnership, Bruno Reinhard, Thales Operations & Support Manager, said:

This service is being provided through an outsourced arrangement with Insider Technologies who were already responsible for the Tandem SRM 24x7 support. Insider Technologies’ high level of customer service, combined with excellent technical knowledge, has made an excellent match for Thales to provide SafeSign support.

Insider will support the SafeSign Authentication Server product running on the Windows, SOLARIS, AIX and HP-UX platforms. When used in conjunction with SafeSign Authentication Server the following applications and tokens will also be supported:

• SafeSign Management Server (SSMS)
• Key Management Facility (KMF)
• PSM Issuing Facility (PIF)
• SafeSign Authentication Tokens (PSM)
