THALES SafeSign 24x7 support service
Insider was chosen by Thales as their outsourcing partner to provide 24x7 product support for Thales SafeSign customers’ worldwide.
Insider’s dedicated support infrastructure responds to all SafeSign support calls quickly and efficiently, providing a fast and reliable service with high levels of technical expertise. Support is available for the Safesign product installed on the Windows, Solaris, AIX and HP-UX platforms.
When used in conjunction with SafeSign Authentication Server the following applications and tokens will also be supported:
- SafeSign Management Server (SSMS)
- Key Management Facility (KMF)
- PSM Issuing Facility (PIF)
- SafeSign Authentication Tokens (PSM)
The SafeSign Authentication Server product is part of a suite of applications designed to provide authentication of users requiring access to secure applications such as e-Banking or e-Government services.
THALES Tandem SRM 24x7 support service
Thales supply cryptographic hardware which includes a range of Host Security Modules and a software interface between the HP Non-Stop application and the Host Security Module. This software interface is the HP Non-Stop Security Resource Manager (SRM).
Insider, on behalf of Thales, provides 24x7 support for their HP Non-Stop Security Resource Manager software.
