System Performance Monitoring provides a monitoring facility which allows key system metrics (Queue size, disk usage etc.) to be displayed in an easy to understand format.
Subsystems can be deleted from and added to the list of subsystems which can be monitored.
The SPM data is split in distinct functional elements, each of which maybe turned on or off. When turned off, the related polling mechanism will also be turned off thus reducing the processing required. The SPM display will show titles in half intensity for any sections turned off. Colour coding is used to indicate if any elements have exceeded the customer configured thresholds.
