This Screen displays part of the Configuration Management Facility (CMF) of ActionView.400. It provides access to a number of windows which allow you to:
- Define the major Operational characteristics of one or more OSI/MHS Subsystems.
- Define the functional components of each Adjacent MTA (Message Transfer Agent) to be known to the OSI/MHS System.
- Define in detail the characteristics of individual APPLs , CUGs (Closed User Groups) and CUG Members, Distribution Lists (DLISTs) and Distribution List Members (DLISTMEMBERs) and ROUTEs which will be known to the OSI/MHS System.
- Install previously defined Adjacent MTAs, APPLs, CUGs, DLISTs and ROUTEs from the ActionView.400 CMF Database to an operational OSI/MHS subsystem.
- Delete (or Uninstall) MTAs, APPLs, CUGs, DLISTs and ROUTEs from the operational OSI/MHS subsystem, while retaining their definitions in the ActionView.400 CMF Database.
- Perform wildcard matches against APPLs, CUGs, DLISTs and ROUTEs defined in the OSI/MHS subsystem.
- Generate a set of SCF configuration files to be used when the OSI/MHS Subsystem is started for the first time, following a Tandem cold-load or after reconfiguration of major components of the OSI/MHS subsystem.
