RTLX REACTOR Transaction Analyser - Real-Time DashBoards - Retailer Transactions by Card Type and Transaction Type

RTLX Transaction Analyser enables specific parts of your payment and transaction application to be monitored

RTLX delivers a complete drawing tool to enable users to construct as simple or as complex a monitoring canvas as required, all accessible through a secured Windows browser view.

Providing multiple graphical hypervisors for monitoring your payment platforms enables users to zoom into parts of the live transaction applications.

The screen shot below shows monitoring for a HP NonStop node running a live BASE24 Classic application.

Payment, POS and ATM transactions can be viewed in the context of the supporting XPNET layer and EMS events can also be mapped to appropriate stations, lines, links, processes and XPNET nodes as appropriate.

RTLX REACTOR Transaction Analyser - Real-Time DashBoards - Retailer Transactions by Card Type and Transaction Type

From the Hypervisor view(s), users can access charts that display ATM and POS performance metrics or service level alerts relating to TLF and PTLF data. The content of the underlying charts and the sequence in which they are displayed is at the discretion of the user and more than one screen can be configured. It is possible to navigate to transaction / field level information from this screen.

All charts are self-refreshing to provide an immediate readout of the current state of transaction flow. If transaction volumes dip below a pre-configured threshold, that aspect of the chart will flash to indicate a potential SLA issue.
